Artist Statement

Rachel Corvese is a central California native, creating large scale murals and fine art pieces in acrylic and oil paints. Rachel uncovers the cosmos within ordinary subjects & scenes in her paintings, solidifying each place & person’s unique contribution to the web we weave together.

Rachel found The Vision Sanctuary, a downtown Santa Cruz gallery and community art studio space where you can experience and learn about the Visionary art movement. Members use studio space, show artworks in the gallery, and receive artist resources. Visit The Vision Sanctuary
